You will get a faster response if you include the following details of your event in your request: location, date, start time, duration, event type(private party, public celebration etc.)

You can expect to have a response within 24-48 hours of your request
(excluding Sundays).


Removing Designs
Face Paint: Use tear free soap and gently remove with a makeup cloth. For stubborn paint, use a flannel, cotton pad, cotton ball, or makeup remover pad of your choice, apply a little oil (baby oil, cream, or coconut oil are great... but olive oil does the trick just as well) and rub over the stubborn stains. The oil picks up the pigments/paint and the stains will come off with gentle scrubbing.
Glitter: Remove carefully with motions away from the eyes. Use oil based cleansers if needed.
Glitter Freckles/Tattoos: These are waterproof and meant to last up to 3-5 days. Removable with makeup wipes or oil based cleansers. Remove gently and do not scrub vigorously or the skin may become irritated.
